What is the quality of the videos? The videos will be available for viewing and download at full HD quality, 1080 / 60 fps.
What all does the digital download give you? The band of your choosing plus access to all exhibition performances. You can also upgrade your order to have access to all bands at NAMI for a single low price.
How long before I receive my digital download? You will receive an email within 72 hours of purchase that contains instructions on how to download your order. Please make sure you provide a valid email address when placing your order.
Do I need special software? The videos are available to view and download from all major browsers. An app is also available on the Apple and Google stores for mobile devices if you prefer to view the videos only. Information will be contained in the instructions you recieve on how to access and download the files. If you plan to access via a computer, no additional software is needed. Downloading of the videos is not available if you use the app. You can download to any device using any of the most common browsers. We recommend Google Chrome.
What is the digital experience like? If you’re familiar with Netflix, you will have a similar experience within our site and app. You will be able to view the videos from any supported browser and the app. From any supported browser, you will also have the ability to download them.
How long will you retain the videos? We guarantee the videos to be available for at least 6 months so please make sure you download them as soon as possible to guarantee they are not removed from our servers.
Can I share the videos? To keep costs down and for us to continue providing these services, we ask that you do not share the videos. The videos are copyrighted material and appropriate action could be taken.
